Put in your time and leave - Anonymous employee HNTB Employee Review

Since I have been employed with HNTB, I have noticed managers favor certain employees. Clearly the culture has an in group and out group. If one is part of the in group, there will be plenty of billable work. Less favored employees are often assigned least desirable tasks or in some cases end up losing their job due to “not enough billable work.” People who don’t deserve promotions continue getting promoted. A lot of turnover. Good employees are leaving. Non-engineers are not going to move up. Treated as invisible unless something is needed.
