Pros
This company has good benefits, and has a system for providing pay raises every year. It is very flexible. It has a very supporting staff, even remotely, for any issue (i.e. IT, HR, Project Controls, and others), that facilitates the work that one is performing.
Cons
Management sometimes does not contact staff, specially as the project is finishing, to explain what will happen with positions.
