      Competitive Salaries Benefits on par with other AE firms More catered lunches than other companies

      Cons

      Quick to downsize 401K match is downright laughable/insulting Upward mobility is questionable unless your among the favored few Management ownership group draws down most company profits for themselves leaving little for the ESOP to distribute to line-level employees
