Pros
Some co-workers were great to work with, some were miserable which reflected the companies inner workings. The secret here is to work for a public entity for a decade and then come here for the big payday, this is "what right looks like"
Cons
Too many to list, not a place you will excel in your career. Plenty of incompetent managers moving up while not bringing value.
