Pros
Company values its employees, and has a very warm, inclusive culture. Wonderful benefits and opportunities for professional development and growth. After leaving the company myself not too long ago, I can see why so many employees return to HNTB after venturing elsewhere. It's truly a great place.
Cons
It's hard to think of cons, but an area for improvement could be deeper training for folks who are newer to the industry.
