      #1 Pro is the People. I have never worked in an environment so caring, communicative, and respectful - where people are actually treated like adults. People here care about one another and it's not about "what have you done for me lately". There is a high level of respect across the board.

      Great people, company cares about their employees, tuition assistance was huge

      Work is sometimes slow, designers don’t use project controls to fill potential, working with DOT could be tough
