Like all large A/E firms, you will find some really excellent people and others whom you wonder how they still have a job. Excellent sellers, appear to be growing quickly,
Cons
Laid off right before holidays. No notice. Escorted out the door. Boom. You're gone. Is this how you become the employer of choice? Huge pressure to be billable. No exceptions.
