The company pays a good salary and benefits. The office is located in the Chicago loop.
Cons
There is no mentorship, professional development or opportunities to grow/move up. Being billable is strongly emphasized, so some of your own time is dedicated for marketing. There is low morale and the culture is strictly about fulfilling billable hours. The company tends to hire outside the company for their client relationships instead of promoting within. Poor communication in the office and among departments.
