Pros
-Excellent insurance (United Healthcare) -Excellent company benefits & incentives (Generous with paying for certifications) -Dominant presence in Infrastructure (Roads & Bridges) & Transit sectors (Railway & Intelligent Traffic Systems) -A good sense of job security\stability. -Professional
Cons
-Professional -Appear to be more concerned with how things "look" on paper (for the client), as opposed to how they "actually" are (in the field). -Unforgiving when mistakes are made. (You will be test constantly after that & more than likely they will NOT invest in you) -Place immature people in leadership roles. -Kicked-to-the-curb if you "lose your cool". That's a No-No. Very unprofessional! -Too much emphasis on being the "A-team" instead of helping to grow an individual. IMPORTANT NOTE: THIS IS N-O-T A REFLECTION OF THE COMPANY AS A WHOLE! INSTEAD, THIS MY PERSONAL EXPERIENCE IN THE OFFICE I AM CURRENTLY ASSIGNED TO. FINALLY, PRIDE & PROFESSIONALISM IN YOUR WORK IS DEFINITELY COMMENDABLE. HOWEVER, THERE'S A VERY THIN LINE THAT ONE CAN CROSS-INTO WHERE [THAT] BECOMES A COCKY, ARROGANCE AND A "BETTER THAN YOU" ATTITUDE.
