      Pros

      Lots of work has been won in the past year. Job security is much better. People seem to really enjoy working with each other Above average pay for the industry. Local management seems genuinely concerned about employee morale.

      Cons

      it is intense. Not recommended for folks who just want to clock their 40 hours and head home.
