      Pros

      Some amazing people, your coworkers made your experience great Used to be a really great place to work Used to have a 4/10 schedule Used to care about the community and it's employees

      Cons

      New management came in and fired almost anyone that was there before them Complete lack of communication COO, CEO and VP only care about making money No longer hire from within or give promotions Unrealistic expectations with what you're given Only care about expanding their portfolio, there is no budget for properties that are out of lease-up

      Good staff,easy work, supply tools,no overtime,cool area

      Cons

      On call, desperate for workers, snowy season has lots of bursted water pipes at unfortunate times

      Pay was good for the industry

      Cons

      Turnover, management, lack of training and support. Employees may be terminated with no clear communication, HR is unresponsive.
