Great team members who truly bring their A-game everyday. Decent pay and fairly stable throughout the pandemic. The digital tools and opportunities are well-invested in. Terrific work-life balance.
Cons
New leadership in the digital space has wreaked havoc across the teams with no strategic vision or execution plan. Corporate management is stuck in a 1980s mindset (IE you need to be in the office 3 days a week b/c that's what we do know, and promotions are about who you know versus merit) The overall industry and company are in secular decline with sales continuing to slide year after year. The fireplace division is the only positive right now with significant road bumps coming in the near future for them. Attrition is out of control with most of the great talent leaving for greener pastures.
