it's a job and you get paid every week
Cons
no matter how much you work it's not enough- we don't like unlimited overtime and management acts like they are doing us a favor... OSHA violations everywhere, managers ask for suggestions and when you give them they tell you to go back to work. The pay is lower than most of the companies around here.
