      - Easy work (more customer support than tech support) - Team is very friendly and helpful - Plenty of downtime to do other things during work - Knowledge Articles not that helpful in day to day. End up forwarding questions/issues to the team a lot more

      - Might be placed into part-time instead of full-time

      If you were a classroom teacher, you have more agency and leadership than in the classroom. You can also make your own schedule.
