      Really good benefits thanks to owner. He has gone above and beyond to care for all of his employees.

      Cons

      Management is taking over and not staying true to the owners values, mainly due to market issues and maintaining profit margins and keeping their jobs.

      Pros

      Flexible hours Good pay and raises Bonuses are good if company performs well.

      Cons

      PTO could be more competitive (12 days for vacation/sick) Offer letter showed a base pay off of a 42 hour work week which was misleading
