      Pros

      HMD is really committed to the client and providing them with a unique valued added experience. Working with them is fantastic because they do any and everything to please the customer. This makes for a fun and enjoyable working environment.

      Cons

      As a designer partner you kind of get out of it what you put into it. HMD refers new projects mostly to designer actively involved in cross marketing with them.
