Pros

Most of the people are nice and they hold alot of company events. If extra curricular is your thing, you'll probably fit in fine here.

Cons

This company loves to reorganize who is in charge if what, in my stay at HMB, I've had a total of 9 bosses and usually 3 or 4 people I had to report to. Having 9 bosses means as soon as we got used to doing something, another boss once it done differently. Most times when you are reporting to multiple people, one will contradict the other. If you are applying for a job that isn't in their programmer space or administration staff, prepare to be pushed aside by the higher ups cause what you're doing doesn't matter to them. Your title is everything, if you are a senior consultant or below, you will have to fight tooth and nail to get heard, even if your idea is good. Good luck getting their also, for some people, a promotion is granted right away. For others it will take 3 years. Sales controls your future, if sales can't sell a project or service for your department, the consultants take the hit. However sales will never get training on services and/or hardware that they are selling. So you may end up doings thr sales job with no comission.
