Pros
The people you work with, from leadership to coworkers, are great. Company culture is strong and connects people from different departments. We have a nice, spacious new office space. It's a fast-growing company so opportunities for individual growth are bountiful. While work level can be demanding, work-life balance is always respected.
Cons
There can be times where growth exceeds sufficient resources to manage that growth, thus putting temporary strains on personal workload. Leadership is good about hearing these issues and fixing them though.
