1. Human resource management is very bad. 2. Healthy working environment is absent. 3. No fixed working hours. 4. Alot of time is wasted by pretending that there is work to be done. 5. Top level management does not care about mental stability of its employees. 6. One cannot go home during daylight. 7. Holidays are not easy to get even if the reason is genuine and situation demands.
