Positive reviews are so forced and you can see clearly no one considered them helpful. - Work environment is toxic. So many rounds of layoffs this year only at all levels of the company. Partners are having an identify crisis after losing the big client and tried to blame it on the people working there. - Very unclear direction from leadership so you're set to fail and get fired. - You're expected to work as a machine until you're dumped. With so many layoffs and reorgs, I've yet to see any partner or SVP/VP "bend down" to check in with their teams how they're holding up sincerely. - Unlimited PTO is NOT unlimited. You need to work extremely long hours before you meet your billing targets and no more than 2 weeks of PTO really. - Company is trying to move to hybrid environment after being fully remote for so long. In-office can help build relationships but it needs to be organic rather than forced to come into office twice a week. Partners and VP/SVP pretend to listen to your concern but will overrule you because they can.
