Pros
Some of the people you meet here are so wonderful and incredibly bright. Their people team really works to make work fun and gives a great morale and culture to the company.
Cons
While there are so many great people working here, there are those in leadership positions who are not people managers and discourage their team members. Depending on which team your on can make all the difference in how supported you feel in your work. Assistant and junior positions are highly underutilized and are not professionally developed. I would only suggest working here if you are already mid-level in your career. Work-life balance can be nonexistent and you have to manage this on an individual level. More work falls on some departments more than others and they are not equally compensated for it.
