Pros
1. You get Onsite opportunity - much earlier even during the probation time if you can lick the PL feet or if you can behave like a waiter too. 2. You don't need to work - because if you work then you wont get the appraisal as expected. and if you don't work then the appraisals just touch the sky. (Especially Brakes SW Team). 3. Complete Work life balance - as you don't need to work. 4. You can be well aware of the corporate laws and human rights - because upon resignation HR will ask you for huge penalties for no reasons and no proofs .
Cons
1. Company ethical practice is quite questionable and lacking exuberant amount of professionalism. 2. Speaking of legal and financial aspect of the job contract HR try to heavy hand-you in twisting and tearing the reality of the situation. 3. The follow parameters provide detailed clarity of the actual practices by the HR: * No detailed clarification of the leaves are provided in writing upon resignation. * Have to face huge penalty upon resignation for void contracts. * many more... and Company creates special cases for individuals. 4. Experiences shared are not just the individual experience. A heavy amount of other employees have had the similar situation. 5. A huge discrimination if you are appraised when Onsite, and PL feel jealous. (Brakes SW Team). I wish I can write the name of the PL and TL too. 6. Some PL even TL only do Amazon Shopping and Stock Market trading while in the Office hours. 7. Last but not the least to get all resolved you need to send them lawyer notice followed by court notices and finally drag them to the Court. 8. Even the worse if you are Onsite in "Germany"
