5 word minimum for the Pro section is generous for Mando. It is funny how Mando combined Mando America under Halla Company to even out the negative and realistic reviews of Mando America located in the USA. Mando in Korea, I heard, is really nice. Mando America is the polar opposite.

No advancement in career if you are an American citizen and only Koreans from Korea can advance. Discrepancy in treatment based on national origin and race. Low salary. Really low. Think of a number and it is lower than that. No real bonuses to Americans. Only Koreans from Korea receive real corporate bonuses. Only Korean male executives. If you look at across the board on the executive level, they are all Korean males from Korea. If you are white or black etc. and think you will become an executive one day, dream on. Women and non-Korean employees do not have a chance to advance. Systematic racism and Mando hires lawyers to hide it very well. Koreans think Americans are lazy and look down upon Americans all the time. Korean clicks and groupings and very us vs. them culture. Aside from American management departments, all Korean manager department work so much for so little pay. Work life balance is non-existent. They also have a very militaristic and cult like mentality among Koreans. Whenever the chairman or high ranking Korean male executives come to town, it is hilarious to watch how all the Korean managers stand outside in front of the main entrance in formation for like an hour waiting to greet them like some dictator rolling into town.
