      Pros

      The company was in a growth stage in early 2000 so great opportunity to develop new systems and process as well as the refine the overall brand, product marketing, packaging and technical publication manuals. The CEO and GM ran a great business from top to bottom. No egos. Some great co-workers.

      The salaries could have been better for the local area
