Thank you so much for giving HKA five stars; especially as you are a current employee with us. Thank you for all you do to make HKA a great Company. I was pleased for you that you think we have "good career plans into working" - as you know, we care very much about our brilliant people and hope everything we do makes HKA a great place to work, play and grow. Sorry to read that you think HKA has a "low bonus in the same industry". I respect that this is your opinion of course. I do offer a view points in return. We do focus our reward on performance results and good behaviours of colleagues and it is always a challenging task to allocate bonus of course. We must in HKA continue to work hard to improve what we offer our people to motivate, support high performance and of course retain brilliant colleagues too. I was slightly surprised that you said "doesn't recommend" - I wonder if you pushed the wrong button as it seems incongruent to your five star rating! I apologise if I have deduced this incorrectly.
