5yThank you for posting back in October 2017. I am sorry that I am only replying to your post now; this is because we have adopted a "continuous improvement" approach at HKA and this now includes responding to all posts on Glassdoor, as we do value all opinions shared.
Delighted to read under Pros that you say we have "good culture, light workload and good management" - thank you.
I am sorry to read that you don't recommend HKA and you have concerns about senior management. I have worked with HKA for over a year now and do see it differently to you - I see a very committed, passionate and supportive leadership team who put our people first. I do respect that these are your views and also that HKA is likely to have evolved significantly since you you posted.
