Challenging work. Sense of ownership" - all super points made well and thank you. I know you posted in 2017 and I am sorry we are only now responding to you. As one of our continuous improvement actions we now will reply to all Glassdoor posting; as we value opinions and we can learn from them. I trust since your posting that we have been able to improve in the areas you suggested, around improving procedures and sharing how HKA is performing. These are important points you make.
