      Pros

      Down to earth middle management, average pay, clean facilities, good IT support. Most students are truly looking to improve their lot in life, and are motivated. There is a reasonable degree of concern shown for students and the quality of their education.

      Cons

      Upper management seems to mostly be concerned about making money and could place more value on the teachers they hire. Some teachers are low quality and even sleazy. Higher pay and higher standards would elevate the entire experience.

      Pros

      Lots of work to had to be done. Worked well with other departments and the president. No micro managing. Students were a pleasure to work with.

      Cons

      Long hours, had to go to the accreditation renewal process which was very stressful.

      Pros

      have a great interest in students studies and makes sure all students are held accountable for their actions. Easily motivated to continue

      Cons

      no room for advancement. Instructors are not qualified. Very political as far as inner office politice. If you are not in the "in" crowd, you don't belong
