Down to earth middle management, average pay, clean facilities, good IT support. Most students are truly looking to improve their lot in life, and are motivated. There is a reasonable degree of concern shown for students and the quality of their education.

Upper management seems to mostly be concerned about making money and could place more value on the teachers they hire. Some teachers are low quality and even sleazy. Higher pay and higher standards would elevate the entire experience.

no room for advancement. Instructors are not qualified. Very political as far as inner office politice. If you are not in the "in" crowd, you don't belong
