      Great staff, benefits and culture. Can be a lot of fun to work for and was a good entry level job.

      Sometimes its too easy to become 'faceless' in such a large company.

      Hit has competitive pay. They strive to move forward and embrace change. They treat their employees very well as the same with their supported clients. Great benefits package.

      Short staffing can be an issue asking you to work overtime. Know your personal limits
