      Pros

      * Friendly helpful staff. Bosses who listen to you and take what you say seriously. Great benefits. Great training. Great supports. Excellent pay.

      Cons

      May not have a chance to move upwards in the ranks as quickly as one would like because there is very minimal turn-over. May have to stay in the same position for a longer amount of time than originally desired.

      Short staffing can be an issue asking you to work overtime. Know your personal limits
