Building a start-up is challenging, and not for the weak at heart. You need to ask yourself, why would I work for a start-up if I can work peacefully for one of the big companies. Once you have the answer and it results in a "yes, I want to do this", you have created your own playground for professional and personal growth.
Cons
The work is not set in stone. Every week you need to ask yourself what are the priorities for the company and contributes to the long term. Only if you find that attractive in your work, it's a pro.. otherwise it's a con...
