A lot of celebration for birthdays, holidays, etc.
Cons
One of the most toxic work environments I have ever been in or witnessed. Company culture was demeaning and full of gossips and cliques. Management was toxic and frankly, misogynistic. There was no trust or respect between management and the employees. As a result, employee turnover was high.
