I feel fortunate to be part of company where the day-to-day operating rhythm is an accurate reflection of the company's core values. The company has been built on strong foundations that show up on the job every day.

      Pros

      Great co-workers? Company Culture? Sticking to company core values? Flexibility of schedule? Yes to all of those. Best company I have ever worked for!

      Cons

      Sometimes it can be difficult to get a hold of remote employees as they could be in different time zones, but I can't think of anything I can directly fault the company for.
