      Pros

      Comp, QOL, work-life balance (mostly :) And the PEOPLE. It's refreshing and heartening to work alongside compassionate, sharp folks who earnestly want to connect real humans in real life and maybe launch some wedding bells.

      Cons

      Like many companies: shifting priorities. Match Group Central can be a bit imposing but not overbearing. There has been some clawback of perks
