      if you are good at work you can learn a lot , no one will teach you , everything is self learning up here..... for freshers its good

      Cons

      HR department is very bad , they package which they offers will be huge , but you will be getting half of that .... work24*7 ... no work life balance .... salary is too bad no proper hike... ..
