      Pros

      considering what i was going for, i cannot complain. i have good work life balance and the work is motivating

      Cons

      perhaps the people aren't the most inspiring ever, but, then again, it's the price you pay for trying to find a role that doesn't require you to work all that much

      Pros

      There is plenty of work to keep busy in my position. I like the variety of work.

      Cons

      In the last few months the turnover rate has been numerous. Management does get unnecessarily carried away with authority and scares employees away.
