      Pros

      At least in the mechanical field, my coworkers and managers are amazing. My voice is heard. The work is stimulating and engaging. The pay and growth opportunities are both great.

      Cons

      Hydroid has just been bought out by a much larger company, therefore some of the positions have proven moot and some people I adore have left.

      Pros

      Free drink, nice working facilities, always cleaned restrooms.

      Cons

      Lower than average market payment, poor job security. You will never receive seniority as they will force you to leave, in order to show "protect" low turnover rate.
