      Pros

      Reliable employment, and the people you meet are fun to be around. Pay is competitive and benefits are decent.

      Cons

      Work environment is dirty, hot in the summers and cold in the winter. Supervisors will overlook safety in order to make schedule.

      Cushy work life balance, easy to coast

      Cons

      Low pay; Extremely low expectations. Anyone competent bounces out quickly, so there is a complete leadership vacuum. Anyone with a long tenure is basically squatting on their obscure corner of meaningless complexity. From a technical standpoint the product and processes are incredibly unserious.
