Good pay for federal contractors. Movement within the company is possible.
Cons
HR and outsourced benefits support could be improved. Communication between HR employees seemed lacking, multiple submissions of monthly documents were required as they seemed to be received and stored in personal databases vice a shared location. Benefits forms had restrictive data entry rules that made benefit submissions difficult for certain situations surrounding beneficiaries.
