The owner of the company runs the business on emotions. The tone taken with his employees and abusive mannerisms makes for an everyday feeling of uncertainty. No one wants to be a in a place where you are unappreciated yet alone taken for granted.There is an over load of work, pay is cut with no availability to make the time, insufficient staff so much that clients continuously comment their own uncertainty as a loyal client if our turn over is so high, and the rules are ever changing and surprisingly arising when seemed fit.
