      Pros

      If you genuinely care about kids it’s great. Close to the train station. You can get experience in that field. Many of the coworkers are nice and it is pretty diverse.

      Cons

      Pay is terrible, management is creepy or bipolar. You have to pay for the classes and fingerprinting yourself. If it’s your first time working with kids you’ll learn that they are very demanding and if you’re in a difficult class you can leave exhausted from a days work.

      Pros

      Seeing the kids come in not speaking and then seeing significant growth when they leave

      Cons

      They play favoritism. They can get away with anything but let someone else do what they do and they get written up. There’s no room for growth. You get paid salary once you hit a year, sad part is you get the same pay as someone who’s been there for 10 years. NO GROWTH NO RAISES . Bonus are given but that doesn’t help for the rest of the years you work
