The skills you gain from selling this software will be valuable assets in your sales career, no matter where you go.

Cons

Where do I even begin? Success here is largely determined by territory. While everyone is on a monthly quota, some reps can hit their goals almost entirely through inbound leads, while others have to fight tooth and nail just to come close. Leadership plays favorites, selectively supporting certain reps while leaving others to fend for themselves. Struggling reps in the right circles get reassigned to better territories, while those outside the “inner circle” are stuck with the same poor-performing accounts. If you’re not in the favored group, you’ll be told to simply work harder. The cherry on top is the entire company is remote, while the sales team is required to come into the office.

Allows Full Remote Work, Has Good People, Company Has Good Benefits

Cons

During my time at the company there were illogical waves of hires and then layoffs. There was a lack of QA and refinement for what you'd expect at a software company. However, at the time I left they seemed to be making improvements.
