      The work load isn’t much at all. Once licensed and learn the craft it’s truly enjoyable.

      Cons

      Management likes to mix business with personal and make bribing propositions to keep staff. If you don’t agree to or follow the “rules” of the bribe (agreement) be sure you’ll be asked to leave the job some way or another.
