      Pros

      Growing firm in a good space. Diverse partner background

      Cons

      Too much Partner and company politics that trickles down and affects all levels. No focus on junior development or experience. Partners barely in office and out of touch. No solid investing philosophy. Seems like firm is just trying to get into brand name tech deals to lift firm brand. Due to multiple members leaving due to politics, they promote people who stay even if incompetent. Could work on diversity

      Pros

      Company offers good health benefits as well as perks such as 2day wfh.

      Cons

      Micromanagement of lower level employees. Also company has unlimited PTO policy, but it’s hard to get PTO approved
