HGC Engineering hosts a team of staff that really tries to foster a sense of community within the company. Everyone is very friendly, and there are frequent office events. Furthermore, because it is not a large consulting company, there is a lot of room to take on challenging roles in projects.

Be ready for quite a bit of site work. I enjoyed it, but it's not for everyone.
