      Full flexibility to work from home. Good pay but very basic bonus and little benefits. Very flexible and lean structure, entrepreneurial management.

      Cons

      For somebody coming from large organisations, this will not only feel entrepreneurial but also unprofessional.

      Pros

      It's a challenging and interesting place to work where you get to be in touch with titans of the hedge fund industry.

      Cons

      chaotic, no leadership, low pay scale, constantly changing policies, the senior management doesn't have a finance background making it difficult to articulate complex mathematical and financial concepts above, very high employee turnover, and a tough product to sell.
