      Great educators who truly care about students and have fun.

      Cons

      They are constantly short staffed so will use to wherever they need you without extra compensation. This is a business so things are usually up in the air until they have confirmed enrollment.

      You are able to see the inner working of the digital communications world, things such as; creating adds for job openings, filming interviews and setting up a company website.

      -You make a difference in the lives of special needs children. -Decent pay for the area. -Great co-workers. -Generally good administrative support.

      Cons

      -You have to deal with challenging students. -Workload varies from very manageable to overwhelming. -Administrative support not the same in all locations. -Requires you to adapt quickly.
