      You can choose when and where you would like to work. The more places you chose to work and the more times you are available gets you more work. Sometimes long-term positions were available.

      Cons

      At times students can be quite rude to substitutes and the pay was ok. If you work this job in combination with another part-time job it works out better. No benefits.

      You are able to see the inner working of the digital communications world, things such as; creating adds for job openings, filming interviews and setting up a company website.

      Pros

      Great educators who truly care about students and have fun.

      Cons

      They are constantly short staffed so will use to wherever they need you without extra compensation. This is a business so things are usually up in the air until they have confirmed enrollment.
