Timely salary disbursement is inconsistent, and annual hikes are often delayed — with increments being reflected only in the following year. Unfortunately, the HR and management teams lack effectiveness and seem to struggle with even basic HR practices. There are also issues related to compensation policies — for instance, if an employee resigns after receiving a hike letter, arrears are not paid, which raises concerns about fairness and employee treatment. Communication within the company, especially from the head office, is unprofessional at times. Despite holding senior designations, some individuals demonstrate poor communication skills and limited domain knowledge. Many in higher positions have been with the company for over a decade but show little professional growth, which may be due to limited external opportunities. The company could be a stable option for those seeking long-term employment or retirement, but the current management culture and internal practices significantly hinder its overall potential.
